Christchurch Baptist Church has adopted a code of conduct and good practice guidelines when working with children (0-18s) and adults at risk. All children, adults at risk, staff and volunteers, whatever their age, gender, sexual orientation, racial background, culture or disabilities should always be treated with respect and dignity. The safety and welfare of children and adults at risk must be a priority.
